Cancellation Policy

We apply the following cancellation policy

• Up to 7 days before the reservation date: You do not have to pay.
• Within 48 hours before the reservation date: We will charge 25% of your invoice amount.
• Within 24 hours before the reservation: We will charge 50% of your invoice amount.

Changes in the number of guests

Changes to the number of guests must be communicated to us no later than 48 hours before the reservation.
If the number of guests falls below 6, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.

No-show policy

In the event of a no-show (no cancellation and failure to appear at the reservation time), 75% of your invoice amount will be charged.

Special circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen calamities, we may decide to apply the cancellation terms leniently. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
