Cancellation Policy

We apply the following cancellation conditions

• Up to 7 days before the reservation date:  You don't have to pay
• Within 48 hours before the reservation date:  We will charge 25% of your invoice amount
• Within 24 hours before the reservation: We will charge 50% of your invoice amount

Changes in the number of guests

Any changes in the number of guests must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the reservation.
If the number of guests falls below 6, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.

No-show policy

In case of a no-show (no cancellation and not showing up at the reservation time) 75% of your invoice amount will be charged

Special circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen calamities, we may decide to be flexible with the cancellation conditions. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
