Floor manager at Cheese Bar (25+ years)

Do you have a passion for cheese, a nose for wine, and the talent for taking a team to the next level? Then this is your chance to make a difference as a Floor Manager at Kaasbar! In our vibrant bar, brimming with character and flavor, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

What are you going to do?

• You lead the team and ensure smooth and energetic operations on the work floor.
• You monitor hospitality and service quality and make adjustments where necessary.
• You are the main point of contact for both your team and our guests.
• You help colleagues grow by coaching and motivating them.
• You keep an overview of stock and orders.
• You actively think about how we can make Kaasbar even better!
• You are available at least 24 hours a week.

What do we expect from you?

• You are 25 years or older and have experience in the hospitality industry.
• You have natural leadership skills and know how to inspire a team.
• You like dynamics and always remain calm under pressure.
• You're a cheese and wine lover (or just dying to learn all about them!).
• You are flexible and available in the evenings and weekends.
