Do your vouchers include eating at your restaurant. I live in the Uk and would like to purchase a voucher for my son who lives in Amsterdam
Could you please tell me are the cheeses vegetarian , we are not vegan and ok to eat dairy.
Wat jammer dat er nergens op de site staat dat er shifts zijn van 2 uur!
Wij waren nog heerlijk aan het fondueen met een lekkere fles wijn en kregen te horen dat we over een kwartier weg moesten. Ook een nagerecht konden we niet meer bestellen.
We hebben erg lang op ons voorgerecht moeten wachten en daardoor ook later kunnen fondueen.
Dit was toch wel een hele vervelende afsluiting van ons avondje gezellig eten met z’n zessen.
Vanavond op 14 december hebben we afgesproken om 18.00 uur bij de kaasbar. Tot onze grote verbazing werden wij rond 20.00 uur verteld dat wij om 20.15 uur wegmoesten omdat een volgende reservering aanstaande was. Wij waren niet op de hoogte dat er in shifts gegeten kon worden. We zien dit nergens op de website terug. Kwaliteit was goed. Alleen door de drukte kregen we pas laat ons voorgerecht en ook ons hoofdgerecht. Vonden we erg teleurstellend! Ik zie graag jullie reactie tegemoet! Mvg Cees Strijk
