We have selected all our cheeses with the utmost care from exclusively Dutch farms. The cheeses are sorted from mild to strong per group and for an ultimate experience you eat the cheeses from Witflora to Blauwflora.

There are two options for booking: at the cheese train or at a table.
The Cheese Train
Take a seat at our bar and choose your favorite cheeses from the conveyor belt. Each dish is displayed on a numbered plate that corresponds with the menu, so you can see exactly what you're eating and how much it costs. Our staff will note the number and add it to your receipt.
Craving a specific cheese you don't (yet) see? Feel free to ask our team. Drinks are easily ordered through our staff.
At the Table
Prefer a more traditional experience? Take a seat at a table and let our staff serve your cheeses and drinks.
Prices
Cheese dishes cost between €6 At €11 each, they're perfect for sharing. Each dish is served with a matching pairing. The menu also includes wine and beer pairing suggestions.
Recommended Selections Unable to decide? Try one of our carefully selected cheese boards. We also serve charcuterie, toast, olives, date bread, crudité, and more. and daily freshly prepared cheese fondue.
We've been to Kaasbar several times. Every time, the friendly team is always helpful! Everyone is super friendly! The cheeses and the accompanying wines and beers are delicious! We'll keep coming back to this lovely place. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely delicious and super creative. I also appreciate that the restaurant wasn't completely packed, it was easy to talk and had a great ambiance. The only area for improvement: 1/2 portions of cheese so you can try more kinds. A wonderful experience.

Myself and my wife had a really nice visit. We enjoyed a number of delicious cheeses and really liked the crackers. The wine really went well with the cheese, we had a great all round experience. My tip would be to book in advance to sit at the cheese train, this made the experience really special. We loved our visit, would highly recommend and would love to go back.

We celebrated a 50th birthday and had a wonderful evening. We sat at a large table behind the bar. We ate a delicious Swiss cheese fondue and then feasted on a cheese board with a variety of tasty cheeses. The restaurant is atmospheric and well-staffed, with an impressive bar where cheese domes are passed around on a conveyor belt. We will definitely be back for a seat at the bar! Thanks for the service, the surprise service for the birthday boy, and the ultimate experience.
