MENUs
Local cheeses with a story
On our menu are 32 cheeses, all from the Netherlands. We work primarily with small-scale, artisanal cheesemakers who know their craft and choose quality over volume.
Many of these cheeses are organic or biodynamic and come from farms where animal welfare and biodiversity are a matter of course. Because they are authentic products, flavors change with the seasons. You taste what the land and the animals give at that moment.
We serve with the cheeses many homemade and locally sourced pairings, Always in balance and at the service of the cheese.
Honestly made. Consciously chosen. And you can taste it.
